Harrisburg, PA — The Pennsylvania Alliance of Advanced Practice Leaders (PAAPL) is proud to announce the launch of its official website, marking the public debut of a statewide organization dedicated to unifying and advancing the leadership of nurse practitioners, physician associates/assistants, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and certified nurse midwives across Pennsylvania.

PAAPL was formed by a coalition of experienced advanced practice leaders representing many of the state’s largest health systems. The organization was built on a shared recognition that advanced practice providers (APPs) are essential to the future of healthcare in Pennsylvania—and that their leadership, voice, and visibility must be amplified through education, collaboration, and policy engagement.

“Our goal is to bring together interprofessional APP leaders to shape the direction of healthcare in the Commonwealth,” said PAAPL President Ben Reynolds, MSPAS, PA-C, DFAAPA. “This website represents a new chapter in our mission—providing a platform to connect, advocate, and lead with purpose.”

The new website offers information about PAAPL’s mission, governance, membership opportunities, policy priorities, and upcoming initiatives. It also highlights the organization’s nonprofit status as a 501(c)(3) public charity and its commitment to supporting the educational advancement of APP leaders statewide.

As a nonprofit, PAAPL is focused on:
