Our Mission
The mission of The Pennsylvania Alliance of Advanced Practice (AP) Leaders is to support an organization composed of a select interprofessional group of certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP), certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), physician assistant (PA-C), and certified nurse midwifery (CNM) leaders from health care entities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collaborate, advise, participate, and lead on all matters related to the advanced practice provider workforce.

We bring together nurse practitioners, physician associates/assistants, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and certified nurse midwives to promote a unified voice and shared responsibility in shaping healthcare systems, regulations, and innovation. - Policy & Advocacy We are committed to identifying, informing, and advancing policy reforms that elevate the role of advanced practice providers across Pennsylvania and improve outcomes for the communities we serve.
- Education & Advancement
Through mentorship, resources, and shared learning, PAAPL empowers APP leaders to grow in their roles, expand their influence, and elevate the work of others. Our educational mission is central to building sustainable leadership capacity across the Commonwealth. - Strategic Collaboration
